The property is arranged over 4 rooms and offers a well-thought-out distribution of living and sleeping spaces to ensure comfort for the entire group.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright living and dining area featuring a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements. The space is enhanced by a decorative open-hearth fireplace and opens directly onto the terrace. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this level, fully equipped for self-catering stays. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall leads to the 3 bedrooms and a second shower room with WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 individual beds, making it ideal for younger guests. In total, the property offers 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
