The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers a second living and dining room with access to a balcony, 2 bedrooms each fitted with a double bed, and 1 additional bedroom with a single bed. This level also features a second open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.
