The upper floor hosts the main living areas and remaining sleeping quarters. A spacious living room equipped with satellite TV and DVD player opens onto a balcony, providing a refined space for relaxation. A small studio with its own satellite TV also enjoys balcony access. Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed and feature an en-suite shower and WC, while a fifth bedroom with 1 french bed and a full bath and WC opens directly onto the balcony. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
