A set of french doors leads directly out to the terrace. 1 room on this level is furnished with 1 french bed. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this level features a shower and WC. On the top floor, accessible via a steep staircase, an open gallery with sloping ceilings contains 1 bed, while an open interconnecting room, also featuring sloping ceilings, is furnished with 2 beds. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
