A first bedroom on this level features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. A second bedroom also on this floor offers 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also includes a bathroom and a separate WC. On the upper floor, a third bedroom with sloping ceilings accommodates 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This floor is served by a shower room and a separate WC. The property further benefits from a balcony and 2 terraces, partly covered, providing generous outdoor living space.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
