The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. A lounge area with a panoramic window offers sweeping views and leads out to both the garden and the terrace.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower as well as direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also opens onto the terrace. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed of 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The property features 2 bathrooms in total: the en-suite shower room in the first bedroom and a separate shower room with an independent WC located elsewhere in the house.
