A shower, bidet, and WC are also available on this floor for added convenience.

On the upper floor, 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located: 3 rooms each furnished with a comfortable French bed measuring 160 cm, and 1 room with 2 single beds of 80 cm each. This floor also features 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, bidet, and WC, and one with a shower, bidet, and WC. On the second upper floor, an open room with sloping ceilings houses an additional French bed measuring 160 cm, completing the sleeping arrangements for the property.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
