This space opens directly onto the garden. An open kitchen with a small bar and dining table is also situated on this level, providing a comfortable space for meals. The ground floor further includes a bathroom with WC.

The top floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and features an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a rooflight. This level contains 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings and a rooflight, furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on this floor. Please be aware that the property includes 1 bedroom as a fully enclosed room, while some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan space such as the gallery on the upper level. The house has 1 bathroom in total.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
