The upper floor, accessed via an open staircase, offers 5 additional bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 French bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a private shower and WC; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) with a private shower, WC, and double hand-basin; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm); 1 bedroom with a dressing room and 1 French bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with a private bath and WC; and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a private shower and WC.

The annex spans 50 m2 over 2 levels.
