The kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and another exit leading to the patio.

The vacation rental includes several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It has a shower, bidet, and toilet on the main level. The upper floor, accessible via a steep stair, houses a room with 3 beds and an exit to a balcony. On the second upper floor, reached by a spiral staircase, there is an open room with a double bed measuring 200 cm and another exit leading to a balcony. The property is equipped with gas heating, which is available from October 1st to May 15th. Outdoor spaces include 2 balconies with furniture and deck chairs, offering a view of the lake. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
