"Espeøya" is a bright and stylish 4-room vacation rental spanning 80 m2, renovated in 2015 with modern Scandinavian furnishings throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is a welcoming central space featuring a panoramic window with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and direct access to the large, partly roofed terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The following 2 bedrooms are each configured with 1 bunk bed of 60 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering 3 sleeping facilities per room. An additional room provides 3 sleeping facilities with beds measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living and dining space. The single bathroom features a shower and WC and is accessible via an external access point.
