The living and dining area is bright and thoughtfully furnished, complete with a dining table and direct access to an 8 m2 terrace equipped with terrace furniture, making it an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding scenery. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. The first bedroom contains 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. Throughout the apartment, natural stone floors add an elegant and timeless character to the overall aesthetic. The property was renovated in 2017 and presents a comfortable and cosy atmosphere ideal for a relaxing stay.

Check-in is available between 16:00 and 19:00, subject to prior agreement with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival. A late check-in between 19:00 and 22:00 is possible upon request and incurs an additional fee of 25 euros, to be paid in cash at the time of check-in. A late check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 is also available and carries an additional charge of 50 euros, likewise payable in cash upon arrival. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
