The first ground floor bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a shower room, and its own exit to the garden, offering a pleasant sense of privacy and connection to the outdoor space. A second ground floor bedroom is also furnished with 1 French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm. This level further includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and additional appliances, alongside a shower room and a separate WC. On the upper floor, a third bedroom contains 2 single beds of 90 cm each and a shower room. The fourth and final bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and benefits from its own flat screen television. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
