For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Wohnung ist schlicht wunderbar! Gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet, alles da was es braucht in Küche und Bad. Die Heizung ist selbstständig zu regeln, es war immer warm genug. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am Spazierweg des Inn entlang und nur wenige Minuten von Coop und Bahnhof entfernt. Trotz der Zuglinie hinter dem Haus war es absolut ruhig und Nachts sehr still, wohl dank der guten fenster. Auch genossen wir die Sonne am Morgen in der Wohnung und die Tolle Sicht auf die Berge.
