On the ground floor, a bright and spacious living and dining room welcomes you with modern furnishings and direct access to the covered terrace of 25 m2. An open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each fitted with air conditioning for individual climate control. The first bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC en suite, and direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom also features a French bed of 180 cm by 200 cm. The third bedroom offers a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
