The first bedroom on this level features 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from both air conditioning and forced-air heating. A second bedroom on the same floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length, also equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. A shower room with WC serves the ground floor.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, hosts the third bedroom, which contains 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
