On the ground floor, a generous living and dining room of 40 m2 serves as the heart of the home, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offering direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Adjacent to the living area, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC. The ground floor also features an open kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC.

The upper floor hosts 4 additional bedrooms, all characterized by sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 175 to 235 cm. The first of these rooms is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC.
