The living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, furnished with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace through an east-facing exit. A separate room offers a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also benefiting from air conditioning, electric shutters, and its own exit to the terrace. A small sleeping alcove accommodates 2 bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a cozy and practical space for younger guests. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Senseo coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
