The living and dining area is warmly furnished and features a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. From the living area, you have direct access to a generous terrace of 50 m2, where terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs invite you to relax and enjoy a partial view of the sea. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower and WC, as well as a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a direct exit to a balcony. A separate shower and an independent WC serve the remaining guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living and dining space, completing a well-balanced and practical interior layout.
