The ground floor opens directly onto a partly roofed terrace of 26 m2 as well as an additional terrace of 8 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs and offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool. Situated 3 stairs above the living room, dining room, and kitchen, the upper level hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and air conditioning, with direct access to a terrace. The second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and air conditioning. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
