On the ground floor, the living and dining room extends over 32 m2 and provides direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The first bedroom measures 16 m2 and is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The next 2 bedrooms each measure 8 m2 and are fitted with 2 single beds per room, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower and WC are also located on this level, alongside a large kitchen with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.

On the upper floor, there are 2 additional studio-style bedrooms. The first measures 12 m2 and features 1 french bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC. The second studio measures 7 m2, has sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 50 to 190 cm, and also includes 1 french bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A terrace of 18 m2 is accessible from the upper floor, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a view of the swimming pool.
