Villa "Marko Aurelia" is equipped with a washing machine for guests' convenience during longer stays. Please be aware that the owner does not accept any youth groups. The electric vehicle charging station operates via a domestic socket and is available on request. From this area, you have direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy views of the swimming pool and the garden. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, as well as individual air conditioning. The fully equipped open kitchen is situated on the same level and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC, and individual air conditioning. The upper floor further comprises 2 additional bedrooms, each appointed with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, each with its own en-suite bathroom complete with shower, bidet, and WC, and individual air conditioning.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
