The bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, consisting of 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and this room also opens directly onto the terrace. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC, and the entire apartment features elegant parquet flooring throughout. The south- and west-facing terrace extends to 22 m2, is furnished for outdoor relaxation, and offers a truly spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the ski run.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
