"Curling B3 51" is a thoughtfully designed 1-room studio vacation rental of 22 square metres, oriented in a south-west facing position and fully renovated in 2025. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is arranged across an open-plan layout that combines sleeping, living, and dining areas within a single, well-appointed space. The entrance hall features 1 bunk bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping accommodation. The living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, which serves as an additional sleeping arrangement. Rather than an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are distributed throughout the open-plan space, including areas such as a gallery or alcove. The studio includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and WC. A balcony is accessible directly from the living area, offering both a south facing and a west facing orientation, along with a very beautiful view of the mountains. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the main living space, completing the functional and cohesive layout of this studio.

The studio is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with 2 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for meal preparation during your visit. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
