The 1 bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm, and also benefits from its own exit to a south-facing balcony with the same stunning panoramic outlook. The entrance hall provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm. The apartment includes 1 bathroom and a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
