This beautifully renovated vacation rental is a 2-room apartment of 40 m2 situated on the 4th floor, accommodating a maximum capacity of 6 guests. The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the available space with practical and elegant furnishings throughout.
The living and dining room serves as a central gathering space and is equipped with a pull-out bed sleeping 2 persons, with a width of 2 x 80 cm, making it a versatile area for both relaxation and rest. From this room, you have direct access to 1 of the 2 south-facing balconies, where you can enjoy a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. The dedicated bedroom features 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide, and also opens onto a south-facing balcony, offering the same stunning alpine scenery. The entrance hall provides an additional sleeping area with 1 set of bunk beds, each 80 cm wide, completing the sleeping arrangements for all 6 guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with 4 hot plates and a mini-oven, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for the entire group.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
