The studio is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests within 1 bedroom space and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal choice for small groups or families. The living and sleeping area is combined into a single, well-organized room featuring 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with each bunk measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The studio opens directly onto a south-facing balcony of 5 m2, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. Throughout the studio, parquet floors add a warm and welcoming character to the space.

The studio is equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette featuring 2 hot plates, a mini-oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, providing everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy convivial dining experiences. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
