The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making the space well-suited for small groups or families. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The studio benefits from elegant parquet flooring throughout and provides direct access to a south-facing balcony of 5 square metres, furnished with outdoor furniture and offering a beautiful view of the mountains.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
