The living and sleeping room is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for all guests. A door leads directly from the living area to a private south-facing balcony of 5 m2, equipped with balcony furniture and 1 deck chair, from which you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The studio is finished with carpet flooring throughout, adding warmth and comfort to the overall atmosphere.

The kitchenette offers an excellent range of appliances, including 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
