The dining room features a dining table and a flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a paraffin heater. The living room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only, along with a TV, a satellite TV connection, a hi-fi system, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. From the living area, direct access leads to the terrace and the swimming pool.

The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own bath with WC, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. The second bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom also features 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The fourth bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a private shower and WC, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
