From the living area, direct access leads to the terrace and the swimming pool.
The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own bath with WC, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. The second bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
