Unit Layout

This charming 3-room terraced house extends across 3 levels and covers a total area of 80 m2, welcoming up to 5 guests, including 4 adults and 1 child. The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its multiple floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the ground floor, you will find a well-appointed dining room alongside a fully equipped open kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC is also conveniently located on this level.

The upper floor hosts a bright living room furnished with a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 220 cm in length, as well as a satellite TV. From this floor, you have direct access to one of the terraces. A second shower room with WC is also available on this level.

The top floor is dedicated to the 2 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings with ceiling heights ranging from 150 to 250 cm and a rooflight that fills the space with natural light. Each bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses and measuring 200 cm in length, as well as its own satellite TV.
