The kitchen also includes an open-hearth fireplace, present for decorative purposes only, as well as a dining table and a radio. A bathroom with WC is also located on this level. The upper floor hosts both bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second is a double bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
