"Cantamar" is a charming semi-detached house of 140 m2 offering a well-thought-out layout across 2 floors, designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or groups seeking space and comfort.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, providing a comfortable communal space for all guests. Direct access leads to the garden and to the veranda, which also benefits from air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen features 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are available as an extra. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 4 rooms. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The fourth bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 guests. All 4 bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. A second shower room with WC is also located on this floor, along with a terrace of 8 m2 offering a marvellous panoramic view of the port and the ocean.
