Unit Layout

This elegant vacation rental spans 150 m2 across 2 levels and accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 40 m2 opens directly onto a 16 m2 terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and offering a beautiful view of the sea. Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. The ground floor also features 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, as well as a shower room with bidet and WC.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to provide privacy and comfort. The first upper-floor bedroom includes a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and benefits from direct access to a 6 m2 balcony, along with an en-suite shower room with WC. The second upper-floor bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm by 200 cm and also opens onto the balcony. The third upper-floor bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm with its own en-suite shower room with WC and likewise enjoys balcony access. A further shower room with bidet and WC serves the upper floor.
