The third bedroom also features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. A separate shower and WC serves the remaining ground floor bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
Accessed via an exterior staircase, the upper floor hosts the fourth and final bedroom, which features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and a private shower and WC.
