Villa Al Colle is a nice stone building (450 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Conveniently located 8 km (5 mi) from Gubbio, Italy and only 59 km (36 mi) from Assisi.

The villa is made up of two separate stone buildings: the tower and the farmhouse.

Farmhouse: The farmhouse is spread over 2 floors and houses 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a kitchen.
Tower: The tower is set on 2 floors and features 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a living room and the spa.

Upon arrival you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful vacation in Umbria. After a busy day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. There is a kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 14 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
