A beautiful villa born from the skilful and refined renovation of an old manor house built at the end of the 19th century and situated in a panoramic position on a hilltop overlooking Lake Chiusi. Villa Poggio Falcone is located on the edge of interesting tourist itineraries dedicated to the discovery of the Etruscans and nature. The town of Chiusi is only 7 km away, while Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno are 13 km away.
A few tens of metres from the villa is the 'Sentiero della Bonifica' (Land Reclamation Path), an interesting pedestrian-cycling route that connects Arezzo to Chiusi along the Canale Maestro della Chiana. It is strongly suggested that guests have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra, though sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for the estate's white gravel roads. You are welcome to explore the estate on foot or by bike, and should you wish to move around by car, you may request a transfer within the estate through your concierge. Only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are permitted to access the estate. A Concierge Service is available from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours.
