"Villa Orizonte" is a beautifully appointed 5-room villa spanning 150 m² across 2 levels, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort and style. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor to ensure privacy and ease of living.
On the ground floor, the heart of the villa is a spacious living and dining room, elegantly furnished with a dining table and a flat screen television, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and shared meals. From this area, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level and features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor accommodates 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each served by a private shower and WC. Please be aware that one of these double bedrooms is situated outside the main apartment.
The upper floor hosts the remaining 2 bedrooms. The first room features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower and WC. The second room on this floor also features 2 single beds of the same dimensions and is served by a private bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

The villa is offered by a commercial proprietor in accordance with Art. 155, IV, CGI. Parking is available directly at the house, providing easy and convenient access for guests arriving by car. For the safety of all guests, the property is equipped with a smoke alarm. Regarding the pet policy, a maximum of 1 pet, specifically a dog, is permitted at the villa during your stay. Guests are kindly reminded that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment, and this should be taken into consideration when planning the sleeping arrangements for your group.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
