You will find the "Villa Orizonte" to be a spacious 5-room villa spanning 150 square meters across two levels. The comfortable furnishings include a large living/dining room with a dining table and a flat-screen TV. This room provides access to the terrace and swimming pool area. There is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. Another room also features a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) with a separate shower/WC. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The villa has electric heating and air conditioning throughout. On the upper floor, you will find one room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC, as well as another room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/WC. This floor also features electric heating and air conditioning.

The "Villa Orizonte" offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
