The second bedroom is a children's room of 9 m2, equipped with 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom measures 15 m2 and features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC. A second shower and WC is available separately for the other guests. The property also includes an open kitchen fully integrated into the living space. Please be aware that one double bedroom is located outside the main apartment, with no internal connecting door between the 2 separated properties.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
