On the ground floor, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the villa, offering bright and stylish surroundings complete with an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to both the patio and the swimming pool. The first ground-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The second ground-floor bedroom is also furnished with 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. A large, open kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a gas stove, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC.

On the upper floor, the third bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 2 x 100 cm with a length of 200 cm, and features a private bath and shower with a double hand-basin, along with access to the terrace. The fourth and final bedroom on the upper floor is also furnished with 1 french bed of 2 x 100 cm with a length of 200 cm, and includes a private bath with WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
