The 2-room terraced house you will be staying in is a cozy 40 square meter accommodation with a west-facing position. The living/dining room is equipped with a TV (flat screen) for your entertainment. There is one room with a french bed and a gallery area with a ceiling height ranging from 170 to 210 cm, which includes two additional beds. Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Amenities Included
Your vacation rental comes fully equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is outfitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine (Nespresso). However, please note that the Nespresso capsules are not included. Additionally, you will have access to a washing machine and iron for your convenience. The accommodation also features electric heating, a terrace of 12 square meters, and a patio of 20 square meters with terrace furniture. Internet (WiFi) is available for an extra charge. There is also a reserved parking space (number 18) included.

Other Information
The rental allows a maximum capacity of 4 guests and offers one bedroom and one bathroom. Pets are permitted, with a maximum of one pet/dog allowed.
