A walk-through room features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, and opens onto a private terrace. A second bedroom on this level offers 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. A third bedroom, also reached by an exterior staircase, is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and provides direct access to a 4 m² balcony. A small living room with its own dedicated space connects to a fourth bedroom containing 1 double bed of 2 x 80 cm by 200 cm. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
