The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A third bedroom also features 2 single beds with the same dimensions of 90 cm by 190 cm. A large kitchen on this level is fully equipped and serves as the heart of the home, while a separate shower room with bidet, WC, and double hand-basin completes the facilities on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, the fourth bedroom offers 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private shower room with WC.
