An office, also featuring air conditioning and forced-air heating, provides an additional functional space with its own exit to the patio and swimming pool. Also on this level, a large bedroom of 38 square metres is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom complete with bath, shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin.
