On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. This level includes 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms each equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both offering access to the garden and the terrace. The third ground-floor bedroom also features 1 french bed of the same dimensions (160 cm x 200 cm) and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this level. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
