The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a cooking island, a dining table, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, also opens onto the terrace, making it ideal for alfresco dining. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, while the children's room offers a versatile sleeping arrangement consisting of 1 bunk bed (90 cm by 190 cm) and 1 additional french bed (140 cm by 190 cm), making it perfectly suited for younger guests. A bathroom with WC completes the main floor. On the lower ground floor, a third bedroom provides a more private retreat, furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, accompanied by its own bathroom with WC and a flat screen TV. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
