The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking both comfort and elegance.

On the main level, the villa features a generous living and dining room, an open kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC as well as a fan. The second bedroom also contains 2 single beds of the same dimensions and is fitted with a fan. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower and WC is also available on this level.

On the lower ground floor, a third bedroom offers a French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a fan and a private shower and WC.

The upper floor hosts the fourth and most refined bedroom, furnished with a double bed composed of 2 mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
