Villa Shea is a beautiful single-family house with two stories located in the hamlet of Sv. Bartul, 3 km from the center of Labin, Croatia. It offers a private property of 1,200 square meters with a wildlife garden, an angular swimming pool (heated and available seasonally from March 23 to November 30), an outdoor shower, a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property also features internet access, a washing machine, and parking for up to four cars. Enjoy the convenience of being near shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and a pebble beach during your holiday rental.

The property boasts a stunning outdoor area with a heated swimming pool (9 x 4 meters, depth 150 cm) complete with an internal staircase. The pool is maintained by the owner/gardener, and you can request pool heating seven days in advance for an additional fee. Please note that there is an airfield located 45 km from the property. Additionally, a double deposit is required upon arrival for groups of young people. The property offers a 200-meter-long motor access via an unmade road.

You will be staying in a 5-room house that spans across two levels, covering an area of 150 square meters. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room provides access to the terrace and swimming pool. One bedroom on the ground floor offers a double bed (two 90 cm beds combined, 200 cm in length), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace.
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a separate exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool area. There is an additional separate WC on this level.
Upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms. The first one has a French bed (140 cm, 200 cm length), satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to a balcony. The second bedroom features a larger French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length), along with satellite TV and air conditioning. The third bedroom offers a double bed (two 90 cm beds combined, 200 cm length), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to the balcony. There is also a separate shower/WC on this floor.
