On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, and opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 21 m² as well as the swimming pool area. The fully equipped open kitchen also provides access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A separate WC is available on this level for added convenience. The ground floor includes 1 bedroom fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, complete with its own shower and WC, and a private external entrance, though it has no internal connection to the rest of the property. This room opens onto the terrace. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a balcony of 6 m². The second upper-floor bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
