The living and dining area is elegantly furnished and opens directly onto a generous 30 m2 terrace, also east-facing, where you can enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the mountains along with terrace furniture and deck chairs. The first bedroom is equipped with a panoramic window and 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom equally features a panoramic window and 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm by 200 cm, with access to a private balcony. The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. The 2 shower rooms, each complete with a WC, are distributed across the property to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
