On the main level, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and shared meals. Adjacent to this area, a large open kitchen is fully equipped for culinary enthusiasts. This same floor hosts 2 bedrooms: the first features a dressing room and a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a shower and WC, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom on this level also offers a double bed with the same configuration of 2 x 90 cm and 200 cm in length, a shower and WC, and its own private terrace exit.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, a third bedroom provides a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower and WC, and a direct exit to the terrace. Underfloor heating ensures year-round comfort on this level.

The upper floor hosts the fourth and final bedroom, which features a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a full bathroom with bath, shower and WC, air conditioning, and access to the terrace.
