One of the rooms on the ground floor has a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit to the patio and the swimming pool. The large, open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a bar, dining table, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen also has an exit to the patio and the swimming pool. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor, one room features a dressing room with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, a shower/WC, and a double hand-basin, with an exit to the terrace. Another room on the upper floor has a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit to the terrace.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
